Frequently Asked Questions About Hair PRP Application

Platelets (thrombosis) are blood components that contain “Growth Factors”. Growth factors are necessary to repair damaged tissues in our body and return them to their natural state.
Normally, when any damage occurs in our tissues, our blood collects platelets into this tissue and initiates the repair process. PRP application aims to provide greater number of platelets to the target tissue than the level that can be transported by normal blood circulation. Thus, the repair of the damaged tissue becomes quick and strong.
The density of platelets obtained by PRP application is 2 to 4 times greater than that in the blood.

It can be used to reduce hair loss or to strengthen the effect of other treatment methods (hair transplantation, beard transplantation, moustache transplantation, eyebrow transplantation, hair mesotherapy)
There is a similarity between aging and injury of the skin. In practices aiming skin rejuvenating, we actually mimic the ways which our body do in wound healing.

In PRP application, one's own blood is used. Since it is made under sterile conditions, there is no risk of infection and it is a reliable process. A cure consisting of 3 or 4 applications to be performed every 15 days is repeated every year on average. In this way, a long-lasting effective hair regenerating effect will be provided.
